Good to see you! My name is Konrad and I support individuals on a spiritual path in navigating their emotions and inner world.
Based on my own experience, I dedicate my work to those who feel they need support with emotions and inner difficulties in order to continue their journey.
A Few Words of Introduction – Therapy and the Spiritual Path
Personally, therapeutic work has been an invaluable support in helping me direct my energy and attention more consciously. It helped me stop going in circles and make important distinctions. However, finding the right approach and space wasn’t easy—often, when I shared my spiritual experiences, I was met with diagnostic interpretations. Sometimes it was due to the limitations of the method, sometimes due to the therapist’s lack of spiritual experience. That created distance. I often felt torn between "rational therapy" and "intuitive spiritual process", though deep down I knew I needed both to move forward as a whole. Fortunately, I found approaches that embrace both—like IFS (Internal Family Systems), which I describe below.
How I Can Support You
Do any of these resonate with you?
🌸 Do You sometimes feel you live more in the memory of being on your spiritual path than in authentic contact with it?
🌸 Do intense emotions or thoughts “block” your connection with yourself?
🌸 Do you sense you need therapeutic support to move forward, but fear your spiritual path might be reduced to mere defense mechanisms or diagnostic labels?
Over time, I discovered and embraced the following truths:
🌊 Lack of flow is also a form of authenticity—it reveals something important, and with the right tools and support, there’s no need to fear it
☯️ All the challenges on the path… are the path
🙌 There are people and methods broad enough to hold both grounding in reality and the uniqueness of one's spiritual experience.
I Help With Challenges Such As:
🦋 Fears blocking important life decisions and actions
🦋 Negative thought patterns undermining self-worth
🦋 Feeling stuck or unclear about one’s direction
🦋 Substance overuse (including food) as mood regulator
🦋 Recurring feelings of loneliness or rejection
🦋 Paralyzing guilt and shame
🦋 Burnout and searching for a new life path
🦋 Internal conflicts and difficulty making decisions
🦋 The need to better understand yourself and your choices
IFS Therapy
IFS (Internal Family Systems) became a breakthrough method for me. It is especially supportive for spiritual seekers because:

⭐️ It is gentle and warm – ideal for sensitive individuals, as all work happens at a pace and level of consent that respects the client’s system.
⭐️ It’s grounded in direct experience – helpful for those prone to overthinking or intellectualising.
⭐️ At its core is the Self Energy – your inner, indestructible essence. Healing comes from Self-energy, not the therapist.
⭐️ It embraces the multiplicity of the mind – not like an onion (layered), but like garlic (cloves), made up of many parts. These parts shift throughout the day and each has its own beliefs and intentions. IFS helps facilitate the inner dialogue.
⭐️ It is effective — when there’s a good fit, progress can be surprisingly quick due to its experiential and energetic nature.
⭐️ It is evidence-based and well-researched — reassuring for more sceptical or analytical parts of the mind.
⭐️ It’s non-pathologising — there’s no diagnosis or labels. Parts that took on extreme roles are seen as protectors shaped by past experience.
⭐️ It addresses ancestral burdens — recognising that some of our emotional weight originates from the past, with ways to heal it.
⭐️ It’s powerful in trauma work — supplementing memory reconsolidation with somatic awareness.
⭐️ It welcomes spiritual guidance — acknowledging that guides may appear who are not merely parts of the psyche.
About me
My name is Konrad, and my spiritual path has led me through various landscapes—some beautiful, others challenging. From conventional therapy to retreats and teachings from spiritual mentors. What shaped me most were years of study with Thomas Hübl, time with ISTA (International School of Temple Arts), and Vipassana retreats.
During this journey, I encountered a variety of wisdom traditions and relied on spiritual guidance. At the same time, I struggled to maintain authenticity in my practice due to unresolved trauma and a lack of psychoeducation.
I came to realise that a healthy, integrated, and conscious ego is not an enemy on the spiritual path—but a valuable ally. For me, therapy and psychological well-being became essential foundations for walking this path with awareness and safety.

I found the IFS so groundbreaking and effective that several years ago, I decided to begin formal training in this method. I am currently one of the few certified IFS (Internal Family Systems Model Therapy) practitioners in Poland, and one of the few offering in-person sessions in Warsaw. I supervise my work with certified IFS supervisors.
I have also completed foundational training in couples therapy in the EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) model developed by Dr. Sue Johnson. This approach, rooted in research on attachment theory, deeply resonates with me through its simplicity, warmth, and profound respect for the human need for closeness. EFT helps us understand why emotional intimacy can be so difficult — even in loving relationships — and offers a clear map for navigating this space with greater awareness and safety.
The training I attended was LGBTQ+ centered, meaning it included the perspectives and lived experiences of queer couples.
I am a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) — a global organization of professionals dedicated to the development and practice of EFT.
Previously, I explored other methods of working with people. I’m a Certified ICC Coach and a graduate of the Academy of Transactional Analysis.
Among the trainings led by spiritual teachers and rooted in wisdom traditions, prayer, and various forms of meditation, the most significant for me have been the Timeless Wisdom Training with Thomas Hübl and the Realisation Proces embodiment teacher training with Dr Judith Blackstone.
I have graduated from the following universities:
I’m currently a student at a 4-year Gestalt therapy school accredited by EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy).
